Returns
We offer a full 30 day return policy on all orders of bamboo products purchased online through bamboosocksonline.com.au.
We understand that sometimes an item you’ve bought online is not quite suitable for whatever reason. If this is the case, then simply return the unwanted item to us within 30 days (in its original, unworn state with tags and packaging intact) for a full refund of the original purchase price (less any delivery charges paid). However, if an item is purchased on a clearance sale we do not accept returns for change of mind, sorry.
Fill in the online form below, then carefully package up the item and post it back to us. Once we have received and inspected the item we will issue a refund via your original method of payment for the full purchase price less any delivery charges paid on your original order.
Faulty Items
We take great pride in the quality of our bamboo products we sell, so if you discover your items to be faulty or damaged, please let us know (online form below), post the item back to us and we can either replace or refund the purchase price.
